ENHANCED LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS
Our Enhanced Learning Environments employs a methodology that delivers three transitional events. The first is focuses on fundamentals of specific learning programs. This leads to the second of stabilized training systems that ensure proficiency. The third platform encompasses all aspects of learning into an enhanced "real-world" environment enabling specific evaluations to be generated prior to deployment providing vetted and verified operational methodologies
SP Global offers a variety of training facilities across the globe to support customized programs requested by our customers. Our extensive background in developing on-going employee training programs to maintain required functional skills is a necessary element for government and corporate programs.
The content of our learning systems varies slightly depending on the specific implementation necessary. Our Human Systems Design goes beyond the learning environment. SP Global has identified a critical omission of effective human interaction. Our process enables us to deliver critical assessments and designs systems improving operational capacity through human interoperability and connectivity.
INTEROPERABILITY ARCHITECTURE
In order for organizations to operate effectively they require intellectual interoperability as much as they require tactical and technical interoperability.
